As a commercial vehicle with gray license plates, the Iveco Daily with a double cab was fiscally attractive for years because you could benefit from tax advantages and a lower tax premium. Unfortunately, the gray license plate scheme for entrepreneurs will disappear by 2025. From January 1, 2025, entrepreneurs must pay the full BPM (tax on passenger cars and motorcycles) at the time of purchase.

A delivery van or commercial vehicle, such as the Iveco Daily, emits more CO2, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter than a passenger car. This was the reason for the government to abolish the exemption for cars with gray license plates by 2025.

From that year, the BPM will be calculated based on CO2 emissions, similar to passenger cars. The rate amounts to 66.90 euros per gram of CO2, which can amount to ten to twenty thousand euros in tax.

Blix started in 1999 as part of ABK Kunststoffen, a manufacturer of partition walls.
