A double cabin in five simple steps

As mentioned, we can convert a commercial vehicle within three days so that it has an extra row of seats. This way, you transport not only your goods but also extra people in your van. This is what ordering a double cabin from Blix Automotive looks like:

Step 1: You configure your double cabin.

Step 2: The van arrives from the factory or pre-prepared:

• If the commercial vehicle is pre-prepared, the windows are already in place, and the original partition wall has been removed.
• If the vehicle is not yet prepared (and thus ‘from the factory’), we will install the windows and remove the partition wall. We will also replace the original B-pillar seat belt covers.

Step 3: We convert the van within three days. We mount the supports, install mounting points for the bench seat, install the sidewall and ceiling coverings, and finish everything nicely with the partition wall and the bench seat trim.

Step 4: We initiate the homologation process based on the documentation you provide, so the commercial vehicle can safely hit the road and be legally compliant.
